Medicare Rebates (requires new/valid GP referral and valid Medicare card):
1. Please make sure you have registered your bank account with Medicare to receive rebate payments. You only have to register your bank account with Medicare once and it will be used for all future rebates. If you have already registered with Medicare for other doctors, this account will be used. Instructions for Medicare registration can be found at https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/subjects/how-claim-medicare-benefit/getting-medicare-benefits
2. After you have paid your invoice, we will process your Medicare rebate for you electronically. You do not need to go to Medicare with your bill.
3. Medicare will pay into your bank account if they have your details. If not, they may send you a cheque.
