– Initial consultations: $80 ($50 concession, $25 Age Pension)
– Review consultations: $50 ($25 concession, $15 Age Pension)

For patients without Medicare status or referral, consultations are available but there is no rebate. Please contact us for further details.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if you do not attend or give at least 24hrs notice.

Credit Card Policy: Your credit / debit card details will be securely stored by our banking partners (we do not have access to the card details you enter). You will be issued with an invoice for payment after your attendance. If the invoice remains unpaid after 3 days, your registered card may be charged automatically (with card fees 1.9% +$1).

Medicare Rebates (requires new/valid GP referral and valid Medicare card):

1. Please make sure you have registered your bank account with Medicare to receive rebate payments. You only have to register your bank account with Medicare once and it will be used for all future rebates. If you have already registered with Medicare for other doctors, this account will be used. Instructions for Medicare registration can be found at https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/subjects/how-claim-medicare-benefit/getting-medicare-benefits

2. After you have paid your invoice, we will process your Medicare rebate for you electronically. You do not need to go to Medicare with your bill.

3. Medicare will pay into your bank account if they have your details. If not, they may send you a cheque.
